I can see a half open manhole cover on the screenshots. Made me think that it would be cool to have a modular sewer system later on. But i don't know if that will fit in exteriors.

Really like your work. Got this one too. I already know the future updates will be good. Looks nice so far.

Would be nice if you could create Unity Assets for your Packs too. But i know you've got enough to do with this Pack.
